Making Purchases

If you wish to license or make purchases of products or services described on TSpire.com site, you will be asked to supply certain information, including but not limited to credit card or other payment information. You agree that all information that you provide to TSpire.com will be accurate, complete and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by authorized users of your account and credit card or other payment mechanism at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges relating to your purchases.

Pricing and Typographical Errors

Due to the fast pace of the computer and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, TSpire.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.

While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit card, TSpire.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on miss-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, TSpire.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. We believe that day-in, day-out, our pricing is very attractive relative to our competition. Combined with our product assortment, product availability and service level, we believe that we offer a compelling shopping experience. With that in mind, we do not "match" competitor's pricing or offer price protection.

International Orders

• Your Shipping Method

We will email or fax you a copy of your quotation within 24 hours after we receive your complete inquiry. We will only accept wire transfer in advance. Customer is responsible for all border duties and fees.

Except as expressly stated herein, tspire.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to tspire.com arising from any product sold on the tspire.com site shall be the price of the product ordered. Payment Methods

Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards including, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with TSpire.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks - TSpire.com accepts money orders, cashier's checks, personal checks, and company checks only by mail, and only in U.S. Dollars. Orders are processed upon receipt and approval of a personal and company check at our offices. For money orders or cashier's checks, please allow up to 5 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. TSpire.com cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions below on how to pay using one of these methods.

Shipping Policy

TSpire.com does not ship on weekends and holidays. Due to shipper restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. All Shipments are subject to stock availability. TSpire.com's shipping and handling charges are based on total weight, and are calculated as determined by freight carriers servicing TSpire.com. TSpire.com does not guarantee estimated ship times included on the TSpire.com site, nor does TSpire.com guarantee any claims made by any carrier.

Sales Taxes

TSpire.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within IL, unless the customer is tax exempt and provides the required tax exempt information to TSpire.com before ordering. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Return Policy

Products sold by TSpire.com are covered by our 15-day return period, unless otherwise noted. Policies regarding items that are not covered by the 15-day return period are specified on the products' individual pages as well as in the special exceptions section below. Please note that TSpire.com does not offer any technical support. Please direct technical questions to the manufacturer.
All Physically Damaged or Defective Products Must be reported within 3 business day of arrival to qualify for DOA replacement. TSpire.com will not accept any claims for physically damaged products pass this time frame.
All returns covered under our 15-day return period are subject to the following:

• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by TSpire.com must accompany all returns.
• RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15 days from the date the product was shipped. After 15 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
• All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
• All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts.
• TSpire.com will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused.
• All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
• All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
• 20% restocking fee applies to all refunds.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.
• After 15 days of the purchase date, all items that need to be returned for repair will have to be sent directly to the manufacturer or warranty provider. Please see the products' individual pages for additional details on warranty coverage.
• TSpire.com will provide replacement of DOA product FREE of charge.
• There is no return for open or activated software item, or any item that include any software or access to online software or service with activation code, key or license.

Bundled Items

• When returning an item that was originally part of a bundle, the refund amount will be based on the item's single unit price at the time of purchase.
• Arrangement for a return must be made within 15-days from the date the item is shipped.
• Products that are defective and/or the seal of included software is broken, can only be returned for repair / replacement.
• All returns must also follow the return procedures mentioned above.

Unauthorized Returns

Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 20% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.

Warranty Service

For warranty service, please check the product page to find out who the warranty provider is for your particular product. In all cases, you must have a RMA number. If TSpire.com is the warranty provider, you must obtain a RMA number from us. If a manufacturer or third party is responsible, you must obtain a RMA number from them. Please see the Manufacturer Warranty Section for full details.
Unless otherwise noted, warranty terms apply only to merchandise shipped within the USA. Merchandise forwarded to other international locations may not be covered under the warranty. Please check with the manufacturer or warranty provider prior to purchase.

Sales Policy Agreement

By placing an order at TSpire.com, a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order at TSpire.com, a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized TSpire.com to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. TSpire.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TSpire.com AND OTHER SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
